I’m a certified professional resume writer, a graduate level research professor, and an award-winning DEI strategist who has worked with global and publicly traded corporations. Despite being a first generation student, I also hold a doctorate in education.


While I have many talents including the ability to wash, fold, and put away laundry he same day, my most valuable talent [for you at least] is that I help people reach their own definition of professional and/or academic self-actualization by providing culturally competent and sensitive career support. I help people get better paying jobs.


For almost a decade, I have devoted myself to workforce development, professional development for systemically marginalized people, uncovering and resolving gender and wage gaps at organizations, and speaking at career exposure and advancement conferences focused on women.


To date, I have helped over 1,000 clients from all walks of life to obtain graduate school admission and new roles in the fields of healthcare, tech, social services, entertainment, education, and more!
